Following the success of Uma Nota Hong Kong, we've found ourselves a second home in Paris. Located in a former 19th-century department store, in the neighbourhood of Réaumur surrounding a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards and art-nouveau galleries; Uma Nota features two levels of dining and a convivial bar, reminiscent of the salsa clubs of Rio de Janeiro.
Unpretentious, open-minded and lively, Uma Nota’s distinctive character is reflected in its atmosphere, street food, authentic drinks and design. Combining Japanese techniques with fresh Brazilian ingredients, whether you like it raw, skewered or to be shared, every item on the menu is carefully balanced to reflect São Paulo’s favourite flavours.
The restaurant’s signature dishes include a tangy red snapper, prawn & calamari ceviche with aji amarillo & coriander and coxinhas, deep fried Brazilian dumplings with chicken & okra accompanied by a homemade chili sauce.
